Begin by asking yourself some questions. It's important for you to know where you come from emotionally and where     you are at. Some of these may be hard questions. You don't have to do them all, in fact only do one or two at a time.     You can make it fun, too: talk, write, make drawings or collages, daydream, write songs, dance etc. It can also be     good to do this with your partner(s).

What do you want from sex?

                        Describe your sexual self.

What were you taught about sex?

What are the message you get today about sex?

                                 Describe your fantasies.

Describe the best sexual experience you've ever had.
